Following a referral from another business, Alex Wardlaw got in touch with one of GigaComm’s Business Development Managers. After listening to the issues Verus People had been facing and consulting on how to solve the business needs, GigaComm quickly recommended a solution and an implementation plan.
As the building wasn’t connected to GigaComm’s network, the team started the process of consulting with the building to get the installation approved. The GigaComm team found the building had gone through several renovations in the past and was lacking some of the basic telecommunication’s infrastructure required to deliver the reliable service Verus People's business depended on.
The GigaComm team installed the required fibre and fixed wireless technology all within the agreed SLA. This process included consulting with the building, designing, building and testing the network, all of this at no extra cost for Verus People, who now have a highly reliable, and fast 500/500Mbps symmetrical internet service.
