GigaComm offers various payment options, including direct debit to a Visa card, Mastercard, or bank account. Monthly fees are debited 14 days from the invoice date, with the first invoice including installation fees, part-period fees, and the next period's fees.
What happens if I cancel my GigaComm plan?
If you decide to cancel your plan, please provide us with 30-days notice. If you are on a contract, the maximum early termination fee is $250. There is no early termination fee on month-to-month plans.
